Sludge Compost Facility
What are Biosolids?
Biosolids are nutrient-rich organic material that results from treating wastewater solids at a sludge compost facility. Through the breakdown of microorganisms, these waste materials are then drained of moisture and are then used for applications such as plant fertilization and maintaining productive soils. By turning sewage sludge into biosolids, it can reduce the amount of space in a landfill or waste disposal facility.
Here at EverGro, all of our biosolids have nutrients added in to efficiently supply plants with the micronutrients that they need such as copper, molybdenum, boron, zinc, and iron. We thoroughly test the content in the biosolids to ensure that their biological properties, physical properties, moisture, C/N ratio, and organic matter are up to industry standards.

Biosolid Applications
Biosolids can be used for a variety of applications including:
- Agricultural land fertilization
- Mine reclamation
- Forestry
- Lawns & home gardens
- Water Treatment
- Energy Recovery
